High-Speed Drug Bust
When the singer, 38, was arrested for speeding in Miami Beach in August, police found cocaine in the car he was driving. The artist then accepted an offer to enter a monitoring program instead of facing charges for drug possession.
The Video Scandal
An X-rated video of singer and her ex, reggaeton star Yamil, surfaced on the internet in June. Yolandita Monge's daughter accused her stepfather Topy Mamery of distributing the video and sexual abuse. Mamery then filed a lawsuit against the singer and her boyfriend-manager Jorge Reynoso. And now the video's costar wants his share of the video's profits.
Out of the Closet
The RBD member revealed he was gay this year after his civil union with William BJ Murphy. In May, the 24-year-old singer was fined for buying marijuana on a New York street. He apologized in court in September, and the charges were dropped.
A Web of Lies
The singer, 32, told PEOPLE EN ESPAÑOL in August that he was getting a divorce from his wife. Verónica Castro's son later denied the statements, but when the media got their hands on a copy of the divorce suit, the Mexican artist said he'd withdrawn it. The singer explained that he would always lie to the press in terms of his personal life.
Into the Abyss...
The U.S. singer checked into rehab at the beginning of 2007. Then she and her ex, Kevin Federline, finalized their divorce. And after her ex-bodyguard accused her of using drugs in front of her two sons, the 25-year-old songstress lost shared custody of her kids. A judge ordered her to take random drug tests and see a "parenting coach."
Hell on Wheels
The 21-year-old actress was arrested twice for driving under the influence – and cocaine possession one of the times. She was also sued for chasing down a women's car while intoxicated. After the incident, the also singer admitted she was addicted to drugs and alcohol and checked herself into a rehab center for two months.
