Cameron Díaz, co-star in the film, was in charge of carrying out the surprise while hosts Andrea Legarreta (right) and Jorge Poza (center), sang the traditional birthday theme, "Mañanitas," to celebrate the 48th birthday of the prominent actor.
Out to show off those gorgeous legs at the red carpet premiere with Tom Cruise was former Miss Universe Alicia Machado.
