They have been good friends for years, ever since the beginning of the respective careers. Therefore, Adamari López flew in from Miami to support her great friend and fellow Puerto Rican Ricky Martin.
Back in the day, when Thalía was part of the Mexican group Timbiriche, Ricky Martin was a member of Menudo. Later on, they both became telenovela stars in México, and eventually each moved to the United States. No wonder Thalía had to attend the much anticipated premiere to support her good friend.
At the end of his performance, Ricky Martin received a standing ovation and beautiful red roses from a member of the audience.
