At the end of February, the ABC show Good Morning America announced that William Levy would be one of the Dancing With The Stars' competitors and would strut along two-time winner Cheryl Burke.

SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF

On the first day of rehearsal, the couple danced the cha cha and later voiced their frustrations via Twitter, Levy saying that Burke "really..made me sweat."

A MILE IN YOUR HEALS

Prepping for his March 19-debut in DWTS, Levy told Extra rehearsals had put a strain on his feet. "Now I get why girls go dancing and then complain 'I need to sit and take my heals off'", he shared.

Levy and Burke did not disappoint during their debut on the two-hour premiere of Dancing With The Stars (ABC).

Their red-hot cha cha earned the sizzling couple 24 out 30 points, placing them in third place out of 12 participants. Sparkles flew between Levy and Burke.

On their second performance in DWTS, the couple kept their third place position with a fantastic quickstep choreography that earned them 25 points. From the sidelines, on again, off again girlfriend Elizabeth Gutiérrez and son Christopher Alexander cheered on.

The reality show Protagonistas de novela (Novela's Stars), in which Levy participated back in 2003, helped launched the Cuban star to fame throughout in Latin-America's telenovelas. Now with his inclusion on Dancing With The Stars, the path has been set for his journey to Hollywood.

Levy is not losing focus of precious rehearsal time for his participation on Dancing With The Stars (ABC), but the actor also took a second to greet the paparazzi on the set of the program in Los Angeles.

On the third week of competitions, Levy and Burke delighted both the judges and adoring fans with a sexy salsa by Cuban salsa songstress Celia Cruz. Their performance earned a perfect 10 - one of the few handed out that evening – for a whopping 28 out of 30 points.

While dancing to "La vida es un carnval," Levy unbuttoned his shirt to reveal what Burke calls his 12 pack. The Cuban actor might have been responding to judge Bruno Tonioli's earlier quip that he wore too much clothing on the floor.
