De La Ghetto
After a four-month delay because of the coronavirus pandemic, the reggaeton star finally released his latest album Los Chulitos and his latest single "Sube La Music" featuring Nicky Jam, which is a take on Jamaican artist Wayne Wonder's song "No Letting Go."
"Let's just do something to make it like people in their houses just chilling, and just lounging in the house with your family, with your friend, with your partner," he says of the video's concept. "We couldn't do anything in a club or in a party situation — we don't want to motivate people to go out to the street — so the idea is that people are enjoying [life], but in your house."

"When the shark gets to the beach, everyone knows you have to run because the boss arrived," the Puerto Rican reggaetonera tells People CHICA. "In this case, it's the female boss, the mommy shark."

Chesca
The star's collaboration with Pitbull, "Te Quiero Baby," is a remake of Frankie Valli's classic hit "I Love You Baby. She also released her single "Cara de Buena" featuring Arcángel this month.
"Pitbull, his boys — DJ Chino and Jorgie — and I love interpolating old hits, and while being in the studio, DJ Chino starts singing Lauryn Hill and I go, 'That's a Frankie Valli song interpolated by Lauryn!'" Chesca recalls. "Chino goes, 'Let's make it in Spanish. I go, 'Brilliant!' and that's when the idea was born."

Lee Vasi
The Dominican–Puerto Rican singer released her single "Slow Motion (Loca)" last month. "We have African Americans, Afro-Latinos, we have people of Jamaican descent who all contribute to this record," she tells People CHICA. "It's about the diaspora. It's about how we all contribute to this super-beautiful expression of life and expression of joy. 'Slow Motion (Loca)' is about staying in the moment of what feels good while it feels good because those moments are often too fleeting, especially as people who occupy Black and brown bodies."
