Nicky Jam bought the 3,617-square-foot Palm Island mansion in 2018. A year later, he put it up for sale for $3.65 million, which he has now reduced to $3.3 million. According to The Real Deal, Jam owned another home in Miami that he bought in 2017 for $1.8 million; he sold it the following year for $2 million.
