Take a Tour of Kat Von D's $3.4 Million Hollywood Hills Home
The 19th-century Victorian mansion, located in the Windsor Square neighborhood, has four bedrooms and a guesthouse on top of a detached two-car garage.
Kat Von D bought the home in 2011 for $2.175 million. She put it on sale once before in 2013 for $2.5 million, and is now putting it back on the market for $3.4 million.
Lush Green Life
The house is surrounded by lots of plants, making it perfect for someone with a green thumb who enjoys the outdoors.
In Southern California, where the weather is nice pretty much year-round, you can fire up the grill whenever you're in the mood for a barbecue.
There's a charming seating area next to the backyard, perfect for moving the barbecue indoors if the temperature outside gets a little too warm.
The mansion is decorated in Victorian style, clearly a favorite of Kat Von D's — her other home is also a Victorian.
The Living Room
There's plenty of space for guests, as well as a fireplace perfect for cozying up on those (rare) chilly evenings.
The wooded kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, complements the rest of the house well.
The Dining Room
The blocky table adds a touch of modern design to the room, which also boasts an old-fashioned chandelier.
One of four bedrooms in the house, this room comes with lots of space and tall windows perfect for letting in some fresh air.
The Guest room
This room has enough space for guests with children, as evidenced by the smaller bed in the corner.
The large windows look out on the property, adding some light to what otherwise might be dreary work days.
