In a world where pictures with no filters or funny add-ons are utterly boring, Twitter has decided to play catch-up and create a new feature.

Twitter users can now be creative and add tiny drawings or symbols to the photos they tweet. The feature will include hundreds of emojis and objects that can be resized or rotated anywhere on the image.

It gets better— the stickers act as visual hashtags. If you tap a sticker on a shot, a newsfeed of photos with that specific sticker opens up so you can see how other tweeters are using it. This adds a unique social component to Twitter.

This feature will roll out over the next few weeks for Twitter on iOS and Android.
