The days of stressing pedicures are over thanks the beauty geniuses in Japan. This very innovative, yet quite weird idea is pre-painted tights.

Designed by Japanese retailer Belle Maison, these pre-pained tights are for those who don't have time to polish their toes. The skin-colored tights come in array of different colors and designs including bows, stars, polka dots and more.

Now I can't decide if this is bizarre or brilliant?
