  • 3 oz. of lean steak
  • 3 whole wheat (or corn) tortillas, small
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce to taste (optional)
  • Pinch of cumin
  • Prep:

    Preheat oven to 350º.

    Cook previously martinated steak on medium and cut into strips.

    Once the meat is cooked, fill tortillas with some meat and roll up to shape the flauta. 

    Place in oven for 20 min. or until tortillas are crunchy.

    Enjoy with your favorite salad or pico de gallo!
