Sheryl Sandberg has launched her 2016 Lean In campaign, Together Women Can. The purpose of this campaign is to get women to support one another in the professional world.

“We’ve watched firsthand as women actively support and encourage each other,” Rachel Thomas, co-founder of LeanIn.Org told Bustle. “We heard from thousands of women in Circles who talk about the power of peer support and women supporting one another.”

A video was launched for the movement featuring Selena Gomez, Eva Longoria, Emma Watson, Megyn Kelly, and more. These famous women join Sandberg to urge young women to lean in together and encourage one another.

The campaign involves the sharing of tips and strategies, which are available on LinkedIn. Some of the helpful information includes, “How do you make sure women get credit, how do you help girls raise their voices, and interrupting men who interrupt women.”

Sandberg hopes to change individual ambition into shared success. “When women celebrate each other’s accomplishments, they’re seen as more professional and accomplished as well,” said stated to Time. “So supporting other women helps each other, helps women as a group, and also helps the woman that does it.”
