Yesterday, Ricky Martin joined the select group of celebs who have their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Puerto Rican actress Rita Moreno will take part in the ceremony that will honor the 35-year-old singer's successes.

“I can't believe it…I'm going to go with the flow of my emotions [today], and a week later I'll take a walk through there at 3 a.m. and take pictures,” the artist said.

It's been a year of achievements for Martin, who was given the key to Miami Beach on Oct. 11 from the mayor of the Florida city, David Dermer. The artist also nabbed four Latin Grammy nominations for the success of his album MTV Unplugged and the song “Tu Recuerdo.”

The superstar finished off his world tour smash, the Black & White Tour, with an Oct. 14 show at Madison Square Garden in New York. He's currently gearing up for the Nov. 6 launch of his new album, Ricky Martin Live – Black & White Tour, which includes a DVD of the tour's most memorable moments in Latin America, the United States and Europe.
