The actor and Sandra Vidal will have another ceremony for Pablito in Mexico in May
Pablo Montero and Sandra Vidal’s son was baptized in late December in Argentina, and the 33-year-old singer told esmas.com that in May, little Pablito will have another ceremony in his native Mexico.
The couple opted to celebrate their little boy’s special day during the holiday season. “On the 26th, we flew to Buenos Aires, and from there we went to Rosario because the parents and godparents had a meeting with the priest there on the 27th,” Montero said of the happy occasion.
Montero knew right away who he wanted the Argentina-based godparents to be: Vidal’s sister and her sister’s husband. “They’re an incredible family, very close. Godparents are the people who are going to look after the baby and instill in him important life lessons,” the telenovela star explained. Father Ignacio oversaw the religious ceremony.
Actor Eduardo Verástegui and Cuban model Daisy Fuentes will attend the baptism in Mexico as Pablito’s godparents in that country. The event “will be in May, since the weather’s better. We’re going to have it in Coahuila. It will be a beautiful ceremony that many loved ones will attend,” the artist added.
