Pablo Montero has been ordered to take blood tests by State Prosecutor Katherine Fernández Rundle of Miami-Dade County, FL. She signed the order last Sunday, following Montero's Aug. 31 South Beach arrest for possession of cocaine.

Even though the 38-year-old singer admitted to owning the plastic baggie found when he was caught speeding, he declared himself innocent when represented by his lawyer in Court last Friday, where it was recommended that he enter a rehab program.

The ranchero singer and his lawyers have only four weeks to decide whether the Mexican will choose entering a rehabilitation program or going to trial. If he opts for the courtroom and is found guilty, he could lose his traveling rights in the United States.
