Noelia Named Sexiest by the French

The French love Puerto Rican singer Noelia. Theyalso love U.S. singer Rihanna, which is why Maxima (Maxim) magazine named the two thesexiest female stars in the Americas.

“I'm so proud that Latin women are appreciated in France, andthat they've focused on me,” Noelia, 30, told the agency Notimex.

The most recent issue of Maximal shows photos ofthe Puerto Rican artist with a caption that reads: On lesveut chez nous! (We love them here!), making reference to both women. The magazine's editor, Belkacem Bahlouli, sayshe's happy to have Noelia grace the pages of his publication.
