Ninel Conde recently announced the Dec. 15 wedding date for her marriage to her fiancé, Mexican architect and businessman Juan Zepeda. And even though the singer, 36, mentioned she hasn't had much time to plan the details of the event, many sources say that her husband-to-be already sold the rights to the exclusive event.

According to the Mexican newspaper El Universal, Zepeda got together this week with the editors of a gossip magazine in order to finalize contractual details about the deal. Once signed, this agreement would include rights to the civil ceremony, the party and the honeymoon. At the moment, it's still unknown how much the couple will receive, but the newspaper confirmed that the wedding and honeymoon expenses will be taken care of by the publication.

So far, the singer has declined giving details about the wedding, but she has expressed her happiness. “I'm content, and although I haven't had much time to plan, everything will go well, and it'll be beautiful and magical just as I hope,” she told the press.

The architect proposed to the also actress last Feb. 14 during a romantic Acapulco boat ride. The lovebirds currently live together in Mexico City.
