Naomi Watts: It's A Boy!

The English actress Naomi Watts and her fiancée, the American actor Liev Schreiber are parents. The 38-year old actress delivered naturally a healthy baby boy and named him Alexander Pete Schreiber. The baby, weighing 8.4 pounds and measuring 22.5 inches long, was born last Thursday at 3:39 p.m. in Los Angeles, CA.

The couple have been together since 2005. Her pregnancy was announced last Frebruary by Schreiber, 39, on Late Night Show with Conan O'Brien (NBC). In the course of the interview, the man who starred in the The Manchurian Candidate said that he wouldn't chose the baby's name, but left no doubt that he wouldn't call him Liev.

Last week, the couple had a baby shower at their LA home. There were only 15 invited guests at this intimate affair, which included the actress Kate Hudson.
