Autumn is officially here! That means pumpkin spice lattes, leaves on the ground, and school back in session. But sweater weather is no excuse to stop working out. This season is the perfect time to create or keep good habits going as we stare down the upcoming holidays and all their yummy meals and decadent parties. It's also the most comfortable time of the year to work out outside as the warm weather starts to cool off.

How to do it right? Fitness expert Idalis Velazquez is here to help us keep moving with her favorite 30/15 HIIT Workout. This 5-minute total body, high intensity, interval (HIIT) training circuit will maximize the calories you burn and you can easily add it to your current workout or cardio session.

Instructions: For each exercise, work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. At the end of the circuit, rest 45 seconds and repeat each exercise 3 times. Ready? Let's go!

1. Squat Jumps

2. Pushup + Shoulder Taps

3. Runner's Lunge with Knee Drive

4. Skater Hops

5. Jumping Jack with Star Jumps

Reminder: At the end of the circuit, rest 45 seconds. Repeat each exercise 3 times.
