Daddy Yankee will be moderator for debates of candidates in Puerto Rico
The reggaetonero will head the governor debates on October 9
It looks like Daddy Yankee doesn't only favor music and movies, but also politics, and in exploring one of his new hobbies, Univisión Puerto Rico asked him to moderate a debate between the two Puerto Rican candidates running for governor.
The 31-year-old singer will moderate a discussion between Luis Fortuño, Edwin Irizarry, Rogelio Figueroa and the actual governor of Puerto Rico, Aníbal Acevedo Vilá, who will respond to various questions posed by teens and young adults, as part of a campaign to get young people to vote called Vote or Shut Up.
The debate, which will occur on October 9 will also be hosted by Yizette Cifredo journalist David Rodríguez at the Puerto Rican Convention Center, and will be aired on Univisión Puerto Rico.
