The singer of Ecuadorian descent confirmed that she's expecting her first child
She hadn’t said a single word to the press about her pregnancy…until now! Christina Aguilera, 26, finally confirmed that there’s a baby on the way.
In an interview with Glamour magazine, the singer of Ecuadorian descent said she’ll “enter into mommyhood” next year.
“I want to get it right,” the also songwriter stated, explaining that she hopes to “balance” her career and motherhood.
Of her husband, 30-year-old music exec Jordan Bratman, the Grammy winner dished: “He’s thrilled! He’s just great… He came with me on the last leg of the tour and he was my support system. … I gush. I’m a lucky girl.”
This will be the first baby for the couple, married since November 2005. News of Aguilera’s pregnancy was first reported by E! News on July 3.
