Carmen Dominicci will not split her assets with Fernando del Rincón
Court documents reveals that the couple signed a prenuptial agreement when they got married
Carmen Dominicci, who has filed for divorce from her husband Fernando del Rincón, will not have to divide her assets with her soon-to-be ex, whom she signed a prenuptial agreement with one month before they got married.
This was stated in the divorce documents that the 41-year-old Puerto Rican filed on June 25 in a Miami court, in which she also makes clear that the Primer Impacto host, 38, will not have ownership rights to their residence in Doral Fl., since it's her own property.
Although close sources assure that the couple's relationship started crumbling due to domestic violence issues, the divorce papers limited the dissolution of the marriage to irreconcilable differences.
The couple, who wed last August in Puerto Rico, separated a few days ago after returning from a wedding where they were seen arguing, at times displaying physical aggression. According to the radio show Zona cero, Dominicci was so distraught and fed up, that she decided to pack her husband's bags and send him on his way.
Dominicci, who was once wed to actor Oswaldo Ríos, in a marriage she called a living hell, is represented by Ana María Polo.
