Andrea Bocelli to Kick Off U.S. Tour
Italian singer Andrea Bocelli is heading back to the United States for a tour that begins this weekend in Las Vegas, according to his record label, Siente Music. The concert series will promote his new greatest hits album, The Best of Andrea Bocelli: Vivere, already on sale.
The 49-year-old artist – whose U.S. tour got rave reviews last year – will perform his most successful opera and love songs, in both pop and ballad styles. Bocelli will also take the hit “Vive ya” to the stage, which he performed with Laura Pausini at the 8th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards in Las Vegas.
With the new album, Bocelli is celebrating more than a decade of songs that have made him one of the loved and admired singers in the world. A Spanish version of the compilation, called Lo mejor de Andrea Bocelli: Vivere, is also available.
On Thanksgiving, “Vivere: Andrea Bocelli Live in Tuscany” was aired in the United States by PBS. The special will be transmitted on more than 200 television markets in the country.
