Well, this old man right here is the creator of that character (and many others), aptly called El Chapulín Colorado, or (literally) The Red Grasshopper. Mr. Roberto Gómez Bolaños joined Twitter in June of 2011 and has since gathered well over 4 million followers. Latinos all over can't love him enough, and made him the undisputed King of Twitter, with 57% of the votes.

Mexican actress Lucero was the undisputed winner in our Best Actress category, thanks to her character in Por ella soy Eva, Univision's successful telenovela also starring Jaime Camil. Lucero got a whopping 65% of the popular vote in our reader's poll. She has also been picked by the editors of People en Español as the Star of the Year, thanks to her 32 successful years in showbusiness.
