A.B. Quintanilla and Cruz Martínez are facing difficult situations with their respective musical groups.
Just weeks after Pee Wee left the group Kumbia All Starz, Nando, the vocalist of the Martínez-produced group Los Súper Reyes, announced he is no longer part of their band.
“Cruz and I could not reach an agreement. I told him we could try this or try that, and he told me he would do whatever he wanted to do,” said the youth on the talk show El Gordo y la Flaca (Univisión), where he admitted he’s left everything in the hands of his lawyers. “I don’t have a contract with anyone,” he said.
Regarding the drastic decision he made, the singer said that he was grateful to Martinez, and that he will now put all of his energy into a solo career in order to support his loved ones. “My family has to eat,” he said.
