Mexican website Quien.com reports that Luis Miguel and Aracely Arámbula have been separated since September, but that doesn’t mean they won’t be getting back together. The separation isn’t a decisive split, but rather a temporary crisis.
A couple of reasons have been given for the 32-year-old actress’ distancing from the singer, 37. Sources close to the pair claim Luismi had been acting indifferently toward Arámbula for some time, which motivated her to start up her TV career again. The singer supposedly didn’t agree with her return to the small screen because he didn’t want their son Miguelito, who turns 1 on New Year’s Day, to be put under the microscope by the paparazzi.
Others speculate that Arámbula’s September trip to Las Vegas to see Luismi perform was the turning point in their relationship. It was rumored that the singer wanted to party like old times while in Sin City, which upset the actress so much that she booked a flight back to Chihuahua, Mexico, where she stayed with her parents.
The website also mentions that the two speak daily, and that Arámbula is constantly traveling to Los Angeles and Acapulco so that Miguelito can see his dad. The couple of two-and-a-half years agreed to spend Miguelito’s birthday and Christmas together for the sake of their child.
