Shifting seasons calls for change. Instagram decided to get a whole new look as the app just launched an updated icon and design.
The new design features a simpler camera logo but with a rainbow in gradient form.
The updated icons also apply for their other apps including Layout, Boomerang, and Hyperlapse.
When it comes to Instagram’s interior look, the company has made it an incomplex design to put more focus on posts without changing how users navigate the app. Instagrammers will notice how the navigation is smaller and black-and-white.
“Our updated look reflects how vibrant and diverse your storytelling has become,” shared Instagram in a press statement. “Thank you for giving this community its life and color.”
