It looks like Charly García’s hand might have slipped, and not necessarily while strumming a guitar, but rather while hurling furniture at a hotel in Mendoza, Argentina.

After a heated argument with one of his band mates, the musician lost his cool and started destroying his hotel room.

His anger not only drove him to leave his room in ruins, but also his body, which suffered multiple injuries from his enraged outburst, and made it necessary for him to escorted by police to the Hospital Central in Mendoza.

On his way to the hospital in an ambulance, García made it a point to gift the police with a salacious grab-bag of insults.

As of now, there is no further update on the physical or emotional state of the 56-year-old musician, or if any charges will be pressed.

This is not the first scandal involving the musician who, in 2000, jumped from a 9-story window of a Mendoza hotel room into the hotel’s pool. Despite the 20 meter dive, Garcia was left relatively unscathed. We’ll see if he encounters the same luck this time.
